Sweet as spot, but the wifi barely worked and there was only one pool, a bit disappointing. The staff were super friendly, though, special!

The setting has a unique charm, surrounded by nature that could provide peace to those looking to escape the hustle. I stayed in the Suite with Garden View with a nice outlook and a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a solo traveler aiming for some tranquility.
The experience was far from perfect. The lack of a reliable free airport shuttle was a major inconvenience, as I had to fork out an extra $60 for transportation due to its remote location-feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The advertised amenities were misleading. There's only one pool, whether that's an oversight or a simple exaggeration, it's hard to tell. Wifi barely worked, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the so-called spa left much to be desired. The food options were limited to reheated dishes, served consistently from a stale menu. Inconvenient was the road to reach this place. It requires a skilled driver to navigate the poorly maintained paths, especially at night.

Fine views in Oulad Jellal 🌄
The staff were super friendly, going out of their way to. I loved the Chicken Pastilla, it was a lekker surprise! The gardens and chill around the pool really made it a relaxing getaway. The vibe was just right, really enjoyed kuiering with the other guests.
Only downside was the WiFi, it was a bit slow at times, but didn't really bother me much.

A tranquil escape with warmth
Staying here seemed like a soothing retreat. The gardens were lush, and the staff's commitment to providing really good service, even under stress, stood out. Every meal showcased a good experience, especially breakfast! We often had the serenity of the pool to ourselves.
While the no noise around were a plus, the hotel's remote location was a bit challenging. Getting to and from the airport turned out to be quite costly. Some amenities listed weren't available as expected.
